What I Do and Why
Like many entrepreneurs, I didn’t start this path with a perfect plan. Back in 2008, I needed to find a way to work from home after becoming the proud mom of a baby with big health challenges.
Flexibility wasn’t optional. It was essential.
Eventually, I started building my own online coaching business, bootstrapping every piece of it. I taught myself how to set up systems, create funnels, write copy, and make it all run. I became deeply tech-savvy out of necessity.
I’ve always had a mind that wants to understand how systems work. I’d lose hours troubleshooting glitches, obsessively solving problems, and chasing cleaner, simpler flow. It pushed my limits at times, but it sharpened my skills and trained me to see what others often miss.
Over time, I realized what I loved most wasn’t creating funnels and building sales pages. It was helping visionaries bring their ideas to life. It was translating complexity into clarity. It was creating structure that helped people breathe.
That’s what led me to become a Certified OBM.
Since then, I’ve managed six-figure launches, supported multi-million euro businesses, and led remote teams across time zones. I’ve worked inside the mess and helped untangle it. I’ve run systems that reflect not just strategy, but soul.
Because I know what it feels like to hold big goals close to your heart and not have the bandwidth to act on them. And I know that sustainable growth doesn’t come from hacks or hustle. It comes from structure, clarity, and support you can trust.

The Woman Behind the Business
Heyyy, Rachel here (she/her). I’m a Gen X Latina originally from Southern California, now based in Paris where I’ve lived since the late 1990s.
I’m a Certified OBM, a full-spectrum nerd for all things systems and strategy, and a forever curious human who loves building things that actually work.
In a previous life, I was a flight attendant with UAL, a certified Pilates instructor, and the founder of a charity walk in France that raised millions for Prader-Willi Syndrome research. Though that chapter has since closed, it shaped how I show up today… focused, heart-led, and fully in it.
I have a soft spot for photographing nature and flowers. The photos across this site? Taken in Monet’s garden at Giverny, c'était magnifique!
