Non-refundable deposits may apply to reserve services.
Late payments may incur a fee and/or result in suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and strategies provided by Launch Savvy remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for your business purposes.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Launch Savvy is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Results or outcomes not directly under our control, including client implementation of strategies.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date are non-refundable.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings will be governed by the laws of France.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Any changes will be communicated via the website or email.
